Questions families ask most
What actually makes a Will an "Eco Will"?
The legal effect is the same as any valid Will. What changes is how it is made: recycled or FSC-certified paper only where a signed original is required, digital drafts and secure digital storage, paperless appointments, sustainable suppliers, and space in the document for nature-aligned choices such as natural burial, tree planting or an environmental legacy gift.
Can I leave a gift to plant trees or support the environment?
Yes. You can leave a fixed sum, a percentage of your estate, or the residue to an environmental charity or tree-planting scheme. We record the charity's full name and registered number so your executors can act without doubt.
Do I have to use one of these templates exactly as written?
No. The templates on this site show the structure and typical clauses so you know what to expect. Every Will is drafted around your family, your assets and your wishes during your appointment.
What information should I bring to my appointment?
Names and addresses of your executors, guardians and beneficiaries, a rough list of your assets and debts, details of any property, pensions and life policies, and any charity you would like to support. If a list feels overwhelming, come as you are — we can build it together.
